If you have a family or simply want the added security of increased protection, we recommend the Family Plan: - $20,000 coverage for members.
- $10,000 coverage for your spouse. (If no spouse, coverage applies to members.)
- $1,500 coverage for each dependent child.
Coverage for your entire family is just $2 extra per month.
Special Program Notes: Accidental Death Insurance is offered through the insurance company named on the Certificate of Insurance. Coverage is divided equally among owners of joint accounts. The 24-Hour Accidental Death Insurance benefit reduces by half at age 70.
