If you have a family or simply want the
added security of increased protection,
we recommend the Family Plan:
• $20,000 coverage for members.
• $2,500 coverage for your spouse and each dependent child (if not already covered as an account holder).
As a member, your Accidental Death coverage increases to $100,000 while traveling by licensed Common Carrier. Coverage for
your entire family is just $2 extra per month.
Special Program Notes:
The Accidental Death Insurance is offered by Progeny Marketing Innovations and is underwritten by Hartford Life Insurance Company. Coverage is divided equally among owners of joint accounts. Principal Sum does not reduce at any age. The Dismemberment Coverage is paid as a percentage of the 24-hour coverage.
